Another great offering from * Degrees Brewing. Barefoot Bohemian Pilsner is just that, an unorthodox lager with complex biscuity malt, soft rounded bitnerness and a twist of spice from the noble Saaz and Hallertau hops. If your not into the full on hops that some craft beers can have. This will suit you perfectly. This is pilsner like the Czechs intended.
We just love this brewery here at the Salty Dog.This beer is the second we have had from Black Donkey Brewing out of Roscommon. They’re latest offering if a beer called Scythe and exactly like its name, Scythe “Barley Mower” cuts through your driest thirst and refreshes you for the tasks ahead. Its a hand crafted blend of Irish and Belgian malts, American and Kiwi hops, and our house strain Belgian Saison yeast.
Falling Apple Cider is made entirely from pressed apples and is available now on draught throughout Ireland. As only original cider apples are used in the making of this cider, it holds a fine balance of sweet, dry and bitter flavours making this a truly unique drink.
Developed by the makers of O’Hara’s Beers.
The latest edition from Trouble Brewing is called REMIX brewed in January 2015. Its style is a unique one. Indian Pale Lager. This beer combines the clean, refreshing drinkability of a pale European lager with the unmistakable flavour of Australian and American hops.Brewed with noble Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops from Germany for an authentic crisp Pilsner bitterness and finished with Summer and Mosaic hops which provide the juicy tropical fruit flavour more commonly found in an American IPA.
